Please review the terms and agreements governing your application processing, consulting timelines, and service limits with TESCA.
1. Scope of Consultation Services
TESCA provides elite educational profiling, document auditing, and visa compliance evaluation services. Our calculations and dynamic scores represent predictive models based on recent statistics. They do not constitute a direct, absolute guarantee of university admission or visa issuance. Final decisions rest solely with university registrars and immigration consulates.
2. Client Accuracy Obligations
Clients are fully responsible for the accuracy of transcripts, finance records, and personal statements submitted to our portal. Any filing refusal resulting from falsified documentation or unreported visa rejections in other countries invalidates our Visa Success SLA and refund terms.
3. Payment Schedules & Retainers
Advisory fees are structured into standard retainers due at specific application phases. Refund frameworks under the Visa Success SLA are processed within 14 business days from receipt of a formal embassy rejection letter, provided the refusal is based purely on document structural reasons cleared in our baseline audit.
4. Dispute Resolutions
Any disputes arising from counseling contracts or system assessments are governed by regional corporate laws. We encourage contacting our client advisory desk at support@tesca.com first to structure an amicable resolution before pursuing arbitration.
