Eligibility Criteria

Must currently hold a valid Student Visa (Tier 4)

Successfully completed an eligible UK degree (Bachelor's or higher)

Degree earned from a Higher Education provider with a track record of compliance

Must apply from inside the UK before your student visa expires

University must officially notify the Home Office of your graduation

Payment of £822 visa fee and dynamic Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)

Timeline & Milestones

Phase 1

Complete all university exams and receive final results transcript

Phase 2

University registers graduation details directly with the UK Home Office

Phase 3

Prepare online application and pay IHS surcharge fees online

Phase 4

Complete identification check via UK Immigration: ID Check smartphone app

Phase 5

Submit application and receive electronic BRP/digital status (usually 8 weeks)
